I made my appt two weeks in advance. Showed up at the shop at appropriate time. Ashley Griggs had been detained, and wouldn't be able to do my hair at that time. Arranged to meet later that night at 7. I arrived....No Ashley. I waited 1 hour, till 8, no Ashley. It was time for the shop to close, and I was being kicked out! Fortunately, one of Ashley co-workers changed her evening plans so she could do my hair. I got out of the shop at 10:30. The worst part of all this.....I never received any explanation, phone call, our apology. I was a potential long term client treated with total disrespect. I will Never recommend Ashley Griggs. Apparently she doesn't need new clients.
The best hair stylist that I have ever have is Melissa Rippel. The salon is clean modern and welcoming. Everyone is so welcoming and friendly
