Don't ever order anything from their website. Ever! They will hold onto your money and not send the items for at least a week. Then when you call and ask where the order is they will tell you it's still "processing". So I asked them to cancel I was told by the rep Zaneta at their 800 # that it was cancelled and I would receive a confirmation email. When I didn't get the email I called back and was told by Jorge that it was indeed cancelled but no one there has the ability to send me an email. When I asked for a supervisor to explain why I was lied to by the first rep I find out that the order can't be cancelled. So now I was lied to by 2 reps. Save the headache. Hire a seamstress!!!
