Very dissatisfied with the quality and the service. Will need to get it done again from another company. The tile cleaning was unacceptable. I asked them to do it again like the example they provided. They put in effort, though skipped over areas. It was sad when they said they could do areas and didn't. I was left with a muddy mess under the stairs and they could have cleaned under the bench, even without moving it. They should not have told me what they did if they had not done it. I called them back to do the tile under the stairs which they said they would, then they said they could not. While working all they talked about was the lunch they were getting and how hungry they were. I gave them each a tip to buy lunch. My steps are filthy and I will need to get it cleaned elsewhere. I used this company for years in the past, they even went under furniture in the past. The quality and reliance on their word is not reliable and unprofessional. I will never call them back to service my home. The area rug has a ripped binding on the end and my stairs have wood on the sides and landing, now there is water damage which makes me furious that this was done by them! I have never before written a response to a service and was reluctant to write this one. So sad.

Tom and Tony from Stanley Steemer did a fantastic Job on my carpet and Tile. They justly deserve a 5 star and I will have them back as needed.

I got two rugs and two sofas cleaned. The price was reasonable and the technician did an excellent job. It had snowed that day and the technician tracked snow into my home. Once he noticed this he actually took the time to shovel my front porch so he wouldn’t track in anymore snow. Very friendly. I would use the service again. Con: the technician did not clean the back of one of my sofas. It wasn’t really dirty so it wouldn’t a big deal, but I feel like it should have been cleaned as well for an thorough job.

He left dirt marks in the carpet that I had to bring to his attention. I think part was to blame because he wore tinted sunglasses and it took a long time for them to adjust to being indoors. He was also very occupied by trying to sell more items My carpet was so wet that it took nearly 5 days to totally dry. He did not extract the water from the carpet very well. Once totally dry I realized the stains on the carpet were not removed. I have been a customer for 30 years and I have never experienced my carpet taking that long to dry. I don't feel its my responsibility to remind them to extract the water from the carpet.

I was well pleased with the results, my carpet had not been cleaned in 7-8 years and I couldn't be happier with the way it turned out. Better than expected .
