I waited over 5 minutes before someone came to take my order I had to attempt to call the restaurant just as the girl came in from the back door on her phone. Then I order a thick crust and received a thin one I would have gone back to replace, however,I was already at work. Since I was the only one there for 5 minutes alone, had it been someone else they would have plenty of time and opertunty to rob your store.

In the last few weeks this place sucks. I love Marco's but really. They need help there
The worst customer experience EVER!!! I called on a Saturday and was immediately told to call back at 11am because they were not taking orders at that time. I asked if I call back at 11 what time could my delivery be and was 11:30am. Mind you I have a staff of 90 - 100 people. When I called back at 11am I was given a different delivery time (11:45a) and because I questioned it and asked to be given a more definitive time because I had so many people to schedule lunch for I was given to a manager (female) who argued with me and hung the phone up on me. After that fiasco I still didn't get the pizza until 11:55a. I order practically 20 - 40 pizzas every weekend with this location and today was my last time ever ordering from there.
Pizza did get given to me at the time it said it was ready for pick up
