Good prices for 2 or 3 month storage needs. After that, the prices are kinda on the higher end because you get 1 month free with 1 month paid. Storage Unit I had was dry inside, no temp control, door and lock seemed good. Overall satisfied with my choice

On July 3rd, at 2:39 pm, we received a voice mail from Rhonda that our unit was broken into, yet she could not provide us with a time that this occurred. She arrived onsite around 8:30 am, yet did not notify us until that afternoon?? When we asked about the security cameras, she informed us that that due to our loss, they would be able to finally get the "state of the art" security cameras that she had been requesting from her company??? We also found out that there had been numerous break-in at this facility over the years. Nothing but lies and misleading information from the leasing specialist. DO NOT RENT AT THIS FACILITY!!
Do NOT rent at this facility! My husband and I decided to use this facility on a short term basis due to a recent move. I was a bit nervous and apprehensive with the unit that was given to us. This unit was located on the opposite side of Holland Sylvania behind apartments and away from the store front. Rhonda, the leasing agent assured us that the units were monitored 24x7 and that the company used "state of the art" security cameras. She also stated that there had been no robberies since she started with the company 7 years ago.
