Just left this place, and I couldn't have been treated worse if I tried. I used to constantly go here, but haven't had much extra until now to go again. I have never been treated badly before today, and never have I been told that I had to order a certain type of sandwich in order to make it meal. Not only that, my sister and myself both ordered no tomatoes on our food, and even though it specifically stated on their grill slips they were not to put tomato, they tried putting them on anyways. They were shouting at one another the entire time we were in there, were rude to nearly every customer who walked through the door. I'm not sure what happened, but I can be sure that I will never return. How we were treated was completely out of line. Someone needs to teach a class in that place about decent customer service, and learning to read grill tickets.
I usually am VERY satisfied with this location but today I was COMPLETELY grossed out!!! There were gnats ALL AROUND THE STORE and I didn't realize until I started eating...........by the pop machine, flying around when I was eating, all over the walls, and on the pictures on the walls!!!!!! There were SO MANY....not just 1 or 2.
I had a horrible experience with witnessing health issues in the establishment (employees playing with ice in the ice machine). I addressed the issue with the manager in the store who was nice however, the employees behind him were mocking me and extremly immature. I then called to speak to the store GM and he didn't seem as if he thought it was a big deal and didn't even apologize. I then reached out to corporate and the owner has reached out apologizing, extremly nice, and seemed to take the issue more seriously. I'm unsure how this will be resolved yet as he offered free sub coupons however, I'm so disgusted that I'm not sure I would ever eat at that location again. If this location doesn't change managment soon they will most likely not last long as it seems to have several complaints for the past few months.. :(
It makes me wonder how clean the food prep area is...........
Food is great but the customer service has a lot to be desired. The last two times I have been at this establishment we were not acknowledged upon entering the store. In the past the young man taking orders always was polite and welcoming. Employ persons with more personality or lose customers.
