Great store with a big selection. The staff are always very helpful. Purchased a ukulele for my husband they did not have it in stock but did order it from another store. If you go during their busy time it's really noisy.

Inventory issues aside, the staff here is usually rude, lacking in product knowledge and puts off the vibe that they're superior to their customers. The only reason I came here so often is for my Guitar Center "guy", Rob, who no longer works there. It seems like there is a revolving door of smug employees here. Skip this location and head north to the metro-Detroit area if you can, superior inventory and knowledgeable employees are found north of the Michigan/Ohio border.

Will never go back here unless I just need strings or something, to be honest. I drove an hour out of my way (Canton MI location is about 4 minutes closer to me, but I figured I'd give this place a shot) to get strings and look at/try out some guitars and amps, as I want to add to the collection and upgrade my old gear. Everything in here is super cramped, you can't really get anywhere even in slower hours of business, because they try to fit as much as possible into such a small space... the lineup at the counter for strings and accessories was a nightmare, there was zero organization at all, and I (this is probably gonna sound really petty, but honestly irked me beyond belief) had to buy a whole pack of picks, just to have one to use with the guitars I was testing. Any other time, I get handed a pick at the door, or they're at least free and on the amps and stuff... Went in to test out guitars and get 2 packs of strings.... ended out getting both packs of strings, but a whole pack of picks that I didn't need (I bought a pick punch a while ago, so I make my own picks), as well.... not a huge deal, as picks are always handy, but come on. You're a music store, you can at least have some out for use when trying guitars. Would give lower review, but the workers I dealt with were fairly nice... seemed fairly uninterested in the job though.

Very nice low pressure and accommodating crew here! I did see decent pricing on various things throughout. They offer price beating I believe. I went to see the keyboards and see about getting work done on s classical guitar. I had already done some research on keyboards prior and JONATHON was easy going and knowledgeable. The repair guy (didn't get his name yesterday early afternoon) was very accommodating and again the price was reasonable and there was no pressure. Thanks

I have had a bass guitar in storage for several years. I finally decided to get it out and learn. I came here to buy an amp and other supplies to get started. The store manager Chris was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He gave me great information on the options and made his suggestion. Great experience!

Every time I go to this location, I leave disappointed. Their inventory of anything other than Epiphone and Boss products is abysmal. They always give the "Oh. we're a small store" excuse, which very well may be true, but if you can't have a decent inventory, why even be open?
