Harold was so great over the phone that I drove from Columbus just to have him and the team do my window tint. Totally worth it, outstanding deal and A+ customer service!
I had a great time with tas over the holiday weekend. They did a huge job in my car creating a custom box, installing numerous speakers, 2 amps, a battery and they got it done in a single day. I am very pleased with my service and the pride they took in the work. I will definitely be back.
I have had terrific experiences at taz. With fast service and friendly staff you need to make your stop for your car electronic needs. This place is affordable and can fit you in around a flexible schedule as well. I really enjoyed my stop here at taz electronics. Great experience overall, you will do better to know what you need beforehand or at least an idea of what your looking for. And you have to be patient, it took a few days to get an item installed on my car but they did an excellent job. All the salespeople i encountered where friendly and helpful. Would recommend this location to anyone else looking for car audio upgrades etc.

Location In Holland Ohio was pleasant by phone & when I arrived on Black Friday morning for my 10am Appointment, I asked him how long will it take he stated about 2 1/2 hours, I said ok I will call Uber to pick me up and I will return in about 2 1/2 hours. I returned at about 12:30pm and my vehicle was still parked outside in the same spot I parked it. I go inside and walk up to the counter and speak with Harold, I told him I was back to pick up my vehicle and he asked did we call you and I said no, you told me this morning it will take about 2 1/2 hours, he said it will take 2 1/2 hours once we get it in & I told him that not how it was explained to me, he said We still haven’t started on our 9am Appointment either, he said your vehicle is next , he didn’t apologize for my my Car not being ready yet or anything, I went and sat in the waiting room and thought to myself why am I even sitting here for another additional 2 1/2 hours, so I went and asked Harold for my keys, instead of apologizing for any inconvenience they may have caused me, he gets my keys and just hands them to me without saying a word. So I decided I will not be taking my business back to them even though I was gonna pay $297 for my vehicle and I didn’t share that if I got good service I had 2 more vehicles for them to do. I am taking my business elsewhere.
