I love this place they have the best furniture that I've ever bought and their customer service is amazing. Rob will take care of you help you to decide and Brandon will also guide you into a great decisions to make your four walls a home. Great people, nice and great prices & furniture. The furniture is steardy and real, not that cardboard furniture that comes apart when you bump it. I'm talking real wood that withholds a beating but never stops treating. Sales staff seems less intrusive than other furniture places. We found a great set for a great price.
The ONLY problem we ran into was with the manufacturer of the sectional. The expected delivery was mid November and all the pieces did not show up until I believe the 2nd of December. HOWEVER, Steve the manager had all of our other furniture delivered early for free and delivered with short notice, out of state and on a day that they do not deliver to our area (metro Detroit).
Jeff also honored a new sale price on one of our cabinets after we paid for it but before delivery (saving us $113.)
When the sectional showed up, we realized it was WAY too big. The one delivery guy suggested we take out one of the wedge pieces and assured me it was not a problem for him to load it back on the truck and to call for a refund for that piece.
All in all, great staff and products. If you have any issues, let them know! They can't help if they don't know your situation.
Not sure if they are the best to shop or not but I like it
I called a few days after delivery (that day they had phone problems). Steve refunded the wedge piece and the delivery fee for our troubles. There was not one person I dealt with at this store that did not want to help. Things were handled in a very professional and respectful manner.
The quality, comfort and functionality of the sectional is top notch! We also purchased a gorgeous tv stand that really helped pull our living room together! In addition, we purchased a china cabinet and coffee table as well. The coffee table looks and feels great. It's super sturdy and durable, which is a must because my toddler is continuously climbing on it!
Wouldn't recommend this to anyone. We walked around the store looking for a new sofa for over an hour, there was 30 other customers in the store, all the sales staff was huddled around a tv watching a football game. We bought our sofa at Art Van accross the street. I will not go to furniture row again.
Definitely deserves five stars! This is a lengthy but honest review that will give you a good idea of the type of company you're about to purchase furniture from. Our experience wasn't PERFECT but my sales person Jeff and his manager Steve did everything they could do to correct the issues. We purchased just over $6000 worth of furniture on a Saturday. Jeff was knowledgeable, patient and not the least bit pushy. Keep in mind we had three children under the age of 7 with us!
